How do Certification Prep vouchers work?
You buy one code per teacher candidate. Each candidate creates a free CS++ account, enters the code, and gets lifetime access to CS++ Certification Prep. A code works once; unused codes don’t expire, so you can hand them out as candidates enroll.
Can we buy online with a card?
Yes. Choose how many codes you need and check out by card; no CS++ account is needed. Your codes appear on the confirmation page as soon as the payment goes through, and we email them to your coordinator with a link to the coordinator view. Need more later? The email has a link that adds new codes to the same group.
How much does it cost?
$39 each, $29 each for 10–24, or $24 each for 25 or more, priced per order. A reorder is priced by its own size. Each code is one candidate’s lifetime access.
Can we pay with a purchase order?
Yes. We send a quote, you send a purchase order, and we invoice against it, Net 30. We complete vendor-registration forms and provide a W-9 on request, and we accept tax-exemption certificates. Or pay by card online and get your codes immediately.
Which certification exams does it cover?
Eight CS teacher certification exams: Praxis 5652, TExES 241, FTCE 005, NYSTCE 194, ILTS 205, NES 315, OSAT 081 and MTEL 71. Every candidate gets all eight, with 22 study units, 1,000+ practice questions, a custom test maker, 240+ curated videos, and 16 full-length timed mock exams (two per exam) built to each exam’s published blueprint.
What does the certificate of completion show, and how do we verify it?
A candidate earns it by marking every study unit for their exam complete and passing a full-length mock exam for that exam. It shows the candidate’s name, the exam, the units completed, the mock exam form, estimated scaled score and percent correct, the dates, and a certificate ID. Does the certificate carry continuing-education (CPE) hours?
No. The certificate shows that a candidate completed the CS++ study units for an exam and passed a full-length practice exam. It is not a teaching credential, it does not carry continuing-education hours, and CS++ is not affiliated with ETS, Pearson or any state education agency.
What if a candidate already bought Certification Prep?
Then the code isn’t used. The candidate is added to your group instead, and you can give the code to someone else.
